As of May 1st, both Luminate Clinic employees and our guests must follow our state’s guidelines:
Screening questions: Please answer these questions when deciding whether to come in or not- Have you had a cough? Have you had a fever? Sore throat? Have you been around anyone exhibiting these symptoms within the past 14 days? Are you living with anyone who is sick or quarantined? If yes, please text us to reschedule. 918-340-7090
Limit people in our office: We will be seeing one client at a time by appointment only. Per state guidelines, we will have only one person in the treatment room at a time, no children or other guests.
Guests must wait outside in their vehicle until appointment time. We will be locking the door during and between appointments, there will be no waiting room available for additional people and will open the door and let you know we are ready for your service. At this time, if you would like to text us when you have arrived at 918-340-7090, then we will text you back when we are ready for you to come to the door and we will let you in. We also have a door bell, if you do not have your cell phone.
We are not allowing drop in product purchases, you may call in or order online at www.vagaro.com/luminate/products and we will get them ready to be shipped or picked up at a set time.
Use of personal protective equipment and best practices: We are required to wear a mask at all times, and will opt to wear gloves when necessary. All items used in treatment will be disposed of afterward or sanitized and disinfected if not disposable.
Salon/shop employees will be required to wear masks at all times, per Oklahoma law. Hand washing with soap and warm water, for a minimum of 20 seconds will be required, as always, between clients.
Disinfection: GUIDELINE: “All salons/shops should be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to reopening. Disinfect all surfaces, tools, and linens, even if they were cleaned before the salon/shop was closed. Salons/shops should maintain regular disinfection of all tools, shampoo bowls, pedicure bowls, workstations, treatment rooms, and restrooms.”
Tissues and hand sanitizer will be readily available to clients.
Administration: Anyone who is sick will be expected to stay home, ourselves included. Please do not hesitate to reschedule if you are ill.
We have reduced the number of people we can see to allow air to circulate and time for disinfect after each client.
If you have no one to watch your children during your service, please reschedule.
Again, there will be only one provider and one client allowed in the treatment room at a time, and no-one waiting in the hall or waiting room, absolutely no exceptions.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Looking forward to getting back to business!
